At the end of the stay, residents are free to share their impressions and explore options — or simply return home with a clearer sense of what feels right.

Yes. Every resident, across all three residency types, has their own private room with a personal bathroom. The Standard Residence includes a comfortable sitting area; the Premium Garden Residence adds a living room, kitchenette, and private garden terrace. Residents are welcome to personalise their space with their own belongings.

Family visits are genuinely welcomed at Silvanta. There are no restrictive visiting hours — family members may call ahead and arrange to spend time with their loved ones at any reasonable time. Premium Garden Residence holders have dedicated guest hosting facilities for family stays. The community dining room is open for family meals on most days.

Three daily meals are prepared by our kitchen team and served in the community dining room. Menus include a blend of Thai and international dishes, with consideration for common dietary preferences and requirements. Premium Garden Residence residents receive personalised meal planning tailored to their preferences. Any specific dietary needs can be discussed during the admission conversation.

Silvanta is a non-medical senior living community — we provide a comfortable, supportive home environment with caring staff on-site around the clock. We are not a nursing home or hospital. For residents who require ongoing medical attention, we are happy to discuss how we can work alongside external healthcare providers in the Hua Hin area.
