A Community Rooted in Respect
Silvanta was founded in Hua Hin with a clear purpose: to create a place where seniors could live with genuine ease, supported by people who truly care. The founders — having spent years working in community services across Southeast Asia — noticed a gap between what was available and what older adults actually wanted.
What began as a small residence with twelve rooms has grown steadily, shaped almost entirely by the residents and families who chose to place their trust in us. Every decision we make — from the layout of communal spaces to the rhythm of daily meals — reflects what we have learned from listening to the people who live here.
Today, Silvanta sits within a mature garden setting on the outskirts of Hua Hin, a short distance from the town's amenities and close to the sea. The setting is calm by design, and the approach is always the same: honest, unhurried, and centred on the individual.

With over eighteen years in senior community management across Thailand, Siriporn brings both depth of experience and a warmth that sets the tone for everything at Silvanta.

Resident Wellbeing Lead
Prayat coordinates daily activities, wellbeing check-ins, and community programmes — always with an ear for what residents actually want rather than what sounds good on a schedule.
Nantawan Wongkham
Family Liaison & Admissions
Nantawan is usually the first voice families hear when they reach out. She handles enquiries, guides families through the admission process, and remains a consistent point of contact throughout residency.

Resident Safety
Staff are present around the clock. Common areas are designed to reduce trip hazards and promote ease of movement. Emergency response procedures are reviewed regularly with all team members.
Food & Nutrition
Meals are freshly prepared daily. Our kitchen team follows food safety standards and keeps menus varied, balanced, and considerate of each resident's dietary preferences and requirements.
Cleanliness & Upkeep
Rooms and communal spaces are cleaned daily. Linen is changed and laundered on a regular schedule. Maintenance requests from residents are attended to without delay.
Privacy & Data Protection
Resident information is handled with care and kept private. We collect only what is necessary and share nothing without explicit consent from the resident or their designated family contact.
Staff Training
All team members complete orientation covering respectful communication, resident wellbeing awareness, and practical care protocols. Ongoing learning is part of how we grow together as a team.
Family Communication
Families receive regular updates about their loved one's wellbeing. Our team is available by phone during office hours, and urgent matters are communicated as soon as they arise, without delay.
