Whether a resident chooses the two-week trial or the spacious Premium Garden Residence, the underlying qualities remain the same: attentive staff, fresh daily meals, clean and maintained surroundings, access to community life, and the freedom to shape each day according to personal preference.
Option 01
Trial Residence Experience
A two-week introductory stay for seniors who would like to experience community living before making any longer decision. The trial includes a fully furnished private room, all daily meals, housekeeping, and full participation in community activities and programmes.
A dedicated community host is assigned to help the resident settle in, answer questions, and ensure the stay feels natural rather than formal. At the conclusion of the trial, residents are welcome to share their impressions — and to explore longer-term options if they wish, with no expectation or pressure. This programme is often chosen by adult children and their parents as a comfortable first step together.

Standard Community Residence
A year-round residential arrangement within a peaceful, well-maintained community. Each resident has a private room with personal storage, an en-suite bathroom, and a comfortable sitting area. The environment is designed to feel like home — unhurried, respectful of individual preferences, and genuinely warm.
Community services include three daily meals, housekeeping, laundry, organised activities, garden access, and the presence of caring staff throughout the day and night. Activities range from morning stretching sessions and craft groups to cultural outings and quiet library time.

Residents enjoy all standard community services plus additional amenities — personalised meal planning, dedicated housekeeping, guest hosting facilities for family visits, and priority access to special community events. Concierge support and transportation are available on request. Designed for those who seek the ease of community living without compromise on personal space and comfort.
